Le Born James is the new Star in the NBA crowded sky. During the last season he proved to be strongest player around at moment (Mr Black Mamba Kobe Bryant permitting). He has been voted MVP of the regular season, but had to surrender to Orlando Magic during the eastern conference finals. King James, that's how he likes to be called, has always been a phenomenon. As teenager in high school, Ohio, was elected Mr.Basketball three years in a row.
As many other players, also the King of the NBA has got his body almost entirely covered with tattoos.
His first tattoo, got as he was still attending high school, is a crowned lion head on his right arm. After being crowned King of Basketball Lebron added some more ink to it: now King (above the lion head) and James (below it) can be read on his arm with the lion obviously representing himself.
Just upon this lion tattoo, another one, more recent, says Gloria and is dedicated to his mother.
On his left arm are other two tattoos: the first, on the shoulder, reads "Beast" surrounded with little stars tattoos, while the second one says "Hold my own". Another pretty big tattoo is dedicated to his son. It's quite a recent tattoo and is a realistic portrait of his one year old son. His second son got Bryce Maximus immortalized with a tattoo on his left forearm.
2006 was a good year for Lebron Tattoos; he got a big one on his leg saying "Witness" and a large 330 on his right forearm, which should be the area code for his Hometown, Akron.
On the inside of his right arm he also got the sentence "No one can see through what I am except for the one that made me".
My favourites among Lebron James tattoos are his initial inked in a nice handwriting style on his triceps.
A quite impressive tattoo I have recently noticed in a picture is some kind of winged lion tattoo on Lebron's chest.
Probably the most recent of his tattoos is another handwriting style tattoo lettering of the word "Family".
But the absolute most popular and most astonishing among King James tattoos, is the one he wears on his back: a huge tattoo reading "Chosen1". The idea to such a terrific tattoo came from the cover of Sport Illustrated which addressed him as the Chosen as he still was at high school.
